From the way this sweet baby’s face looks you would assume she didn’t make it, or that her face was permanently disfigured. This poor pit-bull, named Gypsy was found dying on Monday morning, April 11, 2005 in Gaston County, North Carolina. She had been dumped on a main highway (Wilkinson Blvd) that connects Gaston County with Charlotte/Mecklenburg County. Gypsy had to have many surgeries to reconstruct her face, and go through many treatments to clear up the infections she has acquired from being abused. But with the strong will and courage of this pit bull she pulls through, and is able to live a life of love, that she has always deserve.
One year later this precious thing gets a trophy for best in show, and has a place to call home.
